Dear Couple,

Thank you for your inquiry about the Retrouvaille Program, (pronounced RETRO-VI).  The Retrouvaille program is a two-phase program.  The first phase is the weekend itself.  The second phase consists of six post-sessions spread out over two to three months.  These post-sessions are critical in assisting struggling couples in healing and rebuilding a new foundation based on love, respect and communication.  Next, you will be invited to attend our monthly CORE (Continuing Our Retrouvaille Experience) group consisting of fellow Retrouvaille peers.  CORE is a wonderful way to add support and growth for your marriage.  Many couples don't know where to turn for help when their marriage falls on hard times.  We believe Retrouvaille is the answer for many of these couples.  Countless marriages have been saved in the United States, Canada and many other countries of the world.  To register, please go to www.retrouvaille.org, then select Georgia.  We are currently registering for our July 9-11 weekend.  You can also check www.retrouvaille.org for weekends offered in surrounding cities on other dates.

The Weekend phase will be held at a hotel in the Atlanta area.  Check-in time on Friday will be 7:00 p.m. and the program will conclude on or before 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.  A schedule of the Post-Weekend phase of the program will be provided on Sunday of the weekend.

If you and your spouse decide to register, please return the enclosed Registration form and your non-refundable $125.00 registration fee check payable to Retrouvaille of Atlanta.  If there is a financial problem, please let us know so we can work with you.  A voluntary contribution to help cover the expenses of the program, i.e. rooms, meals, and materials will be requested on the weekend.  100% of the funding for Retrouvaille comes from weekend contributions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR REGISTRATION AND A CHECK FOR $125 NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE WEEKEND DATE in order to make the necessary reservations for your stay.  There are a limited number of spaces available per weekend.  Reservations are confirmed on a "first-come, first-serve" basis.  After we receive your registration, a confirmation letter and directions will be mailed to you.  We will also make direct telephone contact with you.  If you are receiving mental health services, such as from a counselor/therapist/psychologist or a psychiatrist, please tell them you have registered for the Retrouvaille program.
